I have been a member of the real estate professional community since 2001 when I opened my Construction Management company. I was the CEO of a Property Management company from 2001 until 2019, and have been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 2003. I have also been a licensed Landscape Horticulturist since 2001.

Mr. Michael did a fantastic job on a house inspection for my wife and I. He didn't seemed bothered when I asked questions during his inspection. In fact, he writes up his report as he goes and then walks you through it immediately after he's done conducting the inspection. That is incredible! It gives you an opportunity to ask questions/discuss items found in person at the house. His report is color coded, making it very easy to understand. Mr. Michael used a ladder to inspect the roof and other various items he couldn't inspect from the ground....which was a welcomed sight compared to other inspectors in the past. I will absolutely use Mr. Michael again and recommend him to everyone I know who buys a house in the area. 5 stars easily!

Michael worked with my clients on the inspection of a property they were purchasing. I appreciated the personal service he provided, how clearly he communicated with both me and the client. From the first call, he was prompt and consistent. The report he offers is easy to read and thorough. Michael Clause of Louisiana Realty Inspection's was very knowledgeable about the services he offers !! His Inspection for hopefully my new home was so Thorough, very detailed !! He got there before us, and was gracious, introduced himself to us !! He is very professional, experienced, courteous !! He went over every detail with me, even going spot to spot !! A professional and a gentleman! Micheal did a great job for us. He was punctual, courteous and professional. Micheal took the time to really explain every detail of our report and with his software we had our entire report, photos and all instantly. Even after our inspection was done Micheal was still accessible for questions, responding and following up with lightning speed. Just after we moved in I was having issues with the a/c, totally freaked me out! But Micheal very calmly explained everything to check and I quickly discovered someone had just flipped the breaker. Mr. Michael was such a great help for us! We contacted him to do our inspection and he took everything seriously and went above and beyond our expectations! Our realtor had recommended his own inspector, however I did not feel comfortable using the one he had recommended, so I reached out to Michael and he instantly went over everything with us and assured us of his work and his willingness to make sure everything would be inspected thoroughly, if not more! Michael did our home inspection this week and as first time home buyers, he helped to ease our mind moving into a pre-owned home. He physically got up on the roof, took his time checking the house out and walked us through the report at the end. He took the time to sit down and explain the report in detail.
