My buyer’s home inspections are completely comprehensive. I will accompany you through a walkthrough and inspection of the home you’re interested in buying, and assess its condition using my multi-point home inspection checklist.
By hiring an inspector to look for issues with the property and prepare the findings in a report, you will have a better idea of the future costs associated with the building – and whether or not to walk away from the deal.
4-Point Inspections cover the roof, plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems, and are used by insurance companies to document the age, location and condition of the components of these systems in an effort to reduce your insurance premiums.
During a Pool and Spa Inspection I inspect for structural issues, plumbing leaks, electrical safety issues, and I inspect the filtration, chlorination and heating systems, giving you peace of mind that your pool and spa systems will be safe for your family and guests.
Infrared thermal imaging is an advanced & newer technology that I use to get temperature details about your home which helps me determine the condition of your roof, walls, electrical components, plumbing, insulation and more. With the help of thermal imaging, I can see potential problems that other inspectors can’t see!
Using a highly sensitive altimeter I will measure the elevation of the top of the floor in several areas of your home to see if there are differences in elevation which would indicate movement in the foundation. The sophisticated equipment I use will measure elevation differences of up to five thousandths of an inch, giving you peace of mind that you know how much movement has occurred and if it is within normal limits.
