When I work with REALTORS, I want to provide them with the best service and tools to help reduce their liability and save them time so that they can be more productive. One of the tools that I offer to agents to accomplish this goal is the REPAIR REQUEST BUILDER feature that comes with all of my reports. This tool helps agents create the “ADDENDUM TO BUYER REQUEST” that is typically generated to accompany the BUYER REQUEST form that is provided by the Louisiana Real Estate Commission. The ADDENDUM is typically necessary because the BUYER REQUEST form does not have enough space to clearly define the defects that the Buyer wants the Seller address, and clearly define the desired remedy.
